Faculty of Law

              Curriculum of the study program allows students to analyze jurisdiction issues and use the knowledge and understandings of the issues outside classroom in real situations. The program aims to provide its students with deep knowledge of juridical sphere and its different aspects. Student studying at the faculty will gain all necessary methods a lawyer needs; he/she will also gain skills of thinking independently and solve judicial issues. To achieve this, the curriculum of the study program at the faculty includes such fundamental fields of studies as are the following: Theory of State and Law, International Law, Criminal and Civil Law, Constitutional Law, etc. Studying process is planned the way where alumni will be able to analyze judicial issues applying law, historical, social and political principles and ways and use laws, codes, and other normative acts according to need appropriately; to search and apply necessary skills for judicial cases. Besides, she/he must know case-norms well and use them accurately.

                 Faculty provides other fields of studies rather than major ones in law; these courses will broaden student’s knowledge and provide them with general knowledge and ability for creativity, for further dedication to their professions. Alumni will be able to get employed where basic qualifications of a lawyer are required and higher qulification and certification exams are not passed. For instance: Lawyer-coslutant, Lawyer- advisor, etc. Moreover, students can continue their studies at a graduate level, which is more oriented for the following level and higher qualifications
